At Triumph Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals and garment tags remain intact for a valid refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
